At Weave Got Gifts, we work hard to get your custom-made items into your hands as quickly and safely as possible. Every order is made just for you, and our team is committed to clear communication every step of the way.
Most orders are processed and made within 3 to 7 business days. Because our items are made per order, processing times may vary slightly depending on volume and product type. We’ll send you tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping times depend on the carrier and your location, but typically range from 3 to 7 business days once your order has been processed. Delays with mail carriers may occasionally extend delivery times.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email when your order is shipped so you can follow its journey right to your door.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s total weight, quantity, and destination. Shipping usually starts at $7.99, but may vary depending on the size of your order and where it’s headed.
While we primarily ship within the United States, we do accept some international orders. Please note that customs, duties, and additional fees may apply depending on your country’s laws. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping prices.
If your package hasn’t arrived or is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it:
Contact the carrier first (using your tracking info) to see if they can assist.
If they are unable to help, please contact us directly and we’ll work with you to come up with a resolution.
